From product concept to production, the Electrical Technician provides technical assistance to engineers by defining and performing tests and analyzing results within our RMA team. What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct product verification tests Perform product CE and UL compliance tests Troubleshoot issues that may arise from testing Document test data Design and build optical and mechanical test setups Electrical and mechanical component level qualifications What You Bring To The Table

Associate degree in Electronics or related field 0-5 years experience in an engineering environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Word Experience soldering, interpreting schematics, and using basic electronic test equipment Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and to multi-task Good time management and organization skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work with a group as well as independently Preferred

0-2 years experience Experience with electro-mechanical products or general knowledge of electrical and mechanical testing methods Experience with Arduino programming Experience with photoelectric industrial sensors in manufacturing environments Soldering skills at the PCB level, including fine pitch/small parts (e.g., 0402s) Mechanical aptitude with hands-on wiring of simple prototype electrical boards and building simple fixtures Familiar with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) Understanding of electrical schematics, drawings, charts Ability to assist Electrical Engineers in testing, troubleshooting, and re-working electrical boards Experience with oven testing, compliance testing, and functional testing at system level Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel for data logging Experience with parts-based systems (e.g., Oracle or similar) Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. What To Expect At Work
