Position Summary This position is a production support role that will be providing technical support for several production lines within our Brooklyn Park Facility. This position reports to the Technical Manager. According to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as: Non‑Exempt.
What You’ll Be Doing
Production troubleshooting and failure analysis and repair including:
Production parts
General equipment / fixturing
Automated test systems
Robotic production cells
Schematic analysis down to the component level
Documenting and effectively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
Collaborating with the engineering team to help identify and implement production improvements
Performing periodic internal calibration or verification of equipment
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent in Electronics Systems Technology, Engineering Technology, Robotics Technology or related field
0–5 years experience
Experience working with basic hand tools
Familiarity with:
Electrical test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
General soldering processes
Communicating within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Basic programming languages
Technical drawings
Lean manufacturing
Physical Demands
Sit for up to 8 hours per day
Exposed to a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day
Bend neck to use scope for precision work and perform inspections
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel to complete tasks
Simple hand grasp needed to convey parts and hold tools; dexterity required to solder, encapsulate, correct defects, etc.
Occasionally move, carry, or lift objects or materials weighing up to 30 pounds frequently
Frequently required to talk and/or hear
Working Environment
Manufacturing environment – indoor and climate controlled
Exposure to moderate noise, moving mechanical parts, and temperature changes in production areas
PPE may be required in specific areas (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection)
