You are a role model of Mejuri’s brand vision and values with customers and your team. What You'll Do
Deliver best-in-class customer service through curating personalized styling experiences and providing thorough product knowledge Drive the business by delivering sales and meeting performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue to target Educate customers on Mejuri’s brand story and stay informed on all products, latest launches, and specialized services Collaborate with a motivated and collaborative team unified by the company’s mission Champion Mejuri’s core values daily: Find a Way, Raise the Bar, Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity and Drive Results Assist in efficiently processing transactions with accuracy and diligence Support in executing all OMNI business services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, and online returns and purchases Maintain store appearance and inventory through daily upkeep of visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts Participate in continuous improvement by identifying opportunities within store operations and proposing solutions Availability
Must have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available for at least one weekday or weeknight Must be available during special event periods including Black Friday and Boxing Day What You'll Bring
Ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way to make them feel welcome and encourage repeat visits Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to address customer needs and work as a team Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to suggest and style for customers Critical thinking to deliver on customer and business needs in the moment Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT Attention to customer feedback and trends, sharing insights with management Great attention to detail, organized working style, and initiative Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods History of contributing to a positive team environment Compensation
This role currently has a base pay of
$19-$20 per hour
