What will you do?
Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Manage the reservation system and floor plan to optimize flow and guest experience, adjusting as needed in real-time Maintain full knowledge of the restaurant, including the menu, chef philosophy, seating configurations, VIP protocols, and daily updates Maintain deep knowledge of VIP profiles, preferences, and notes, ensuring seamless recognition and personalized service Coordinate closely with management, captains, and security (if required) to ensure thoughtful handling of high-touch or confidential guest interactions Coordinate with management, captains, and service team to ensure smooth pacing and table turnover Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests, dietary notes, and guest preferences with care and discretion Maintain a composed, gracious presence while managing the energy of the entrance and waiting area Execute check-in and farewell processes that reflect genuine hospitality and brand excellence Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation More about you
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Impeccable personal presentation, organization, and attention to detail Comfort with reservation platforms (e.g., Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms) and fast-paced decision-making Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements
Ability to remain on feet for the entire length of the shift Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds Source: Hospitality Online
