What We’re Looking For : Experience & Expertise

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a Japanese kitchen

Strong understanding of traditional and modern Japanese techniques, with an eye for presentation and flavor harmony

Culinary Vision

Ability to create elegant, shareable dishes that reflect the restaurant’s modern Japanese concept

Passion for aesthetic plating, balanced flavors, and seasonal ingredients

Leadership & Team Building

Skilled in managing and inspiring a kitchen team

Experience in training staff and maintaining a high-performing, respectful kitchen culture

Kitchen Operations

Confident in managing inventory, food costs, and daily operations efficiently

Works with precision, creativity, and consistency
