Overview
Position: Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities
Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning space where children feel inspired to explore and grow
Advance intellectual and physical development through hands-on, play-based activities
Foster social-emotional growth and provide positive guidance with kindness and empathy
Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child’s learning journey
Work in well-run, responsive classrooms that adapt to the unique needs of every learner
Demonstrate professionalism, modeling lifelong learning and a collaborative spirit
Qualifications
Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado
Experience teaching in a licensed early childhood center (preferred)
Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of young children's social, emotional, and cognitive needs
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children
What We Offer
$21.00 – $25.00 per hour
$500 salary increase every year you're with us! Plus an annual cost-of-living increase
Medical, dental, and vision insurance — up to 100% employer-covered for the employee
Time Off:
Six weeks of paid school closure annually, with full compensation based on contracted hours
Paid sick leave in compliance with Colorado law: accrual of one hour for every 30 hours worked

Schedule
Our school is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We can work with your schedule, offering early, late, or full-day shifts
To be benefits eligible, you must be full-time (36 or more hours a week)
