Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. You will implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. In addition to selling cloud-based human resources solutions, you will strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts. You will build lasting relationships with clients. Collaborate Daily. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network while maintaining high ethical standards. To Succeed in This Role
Required Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call, manage your time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and on the phone. Agile Solution Seeker. You are a problem solver who can find answers in times of fast-paced change. Continuous Learner. You are always learning and seeking to improve processes and outcomes. Education and Experience
A college degree is great but not required. More important are the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences include: One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or other relevant industries, OR Military experience. We value the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities veterans bring and provide an environment to continue making an impact. Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
Prior quota-carrying experience Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales Benefits and Compensation
Base salary offers may vary by location, skills, and experience. Some roles include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation range shown is USD $35,900.00 - $77,700.00 per year. Actual compensation will be at least the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirements where applicable.
