Intervene K-12 empowers urban schools to accelerate student growth through high-impact intervention, tutoring, SPED support, and ELL programs. We partner with districts to close learning gaps and drive equitable outcomes at scale. About the Role: We are hiring a hunter-minded Account Executive to drive net new business for our English Language programs. This is a role for a true business development professional ready to open doors and close transformative deals that impact student learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities

New Business Development: Aggressively prospect and generate leads with district EL directors, superintendents, CAOs, and key decision-makers. Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments to understand EL program gaps and position our suite of EL screeners, assessments, and instructional supports as strategic solutions. Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle – from outreach and discovery to presentation, proposal, and contract close – to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends in English Language Learner policies, funding, and compliance requirements (e.g. WIDA, TELPAS, NYSESLAT, ELPA21) to inform sales strategy and conversations. Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to EL program leaders, advocating for solutions that directly impact student outcomes. CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecast reports. Qualifications

Proven hunter sales experience, preferably in K-12 education, EdTech, assessments, or curriculum sales. Deep understanding of English Language Learner programs, screening, and assessment frameworks or ability to learn quickly. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Self-starter mindset with relentless drive to win new business.
