ESL Teacher

Provide ESL instruction to Multilingual Learners identified as English Learners. Collaborate with content teachers to support students' English language development and classroom needs. Work with instructional leadership to ensure ELL students receive necessary support. Assist with ACCESS administration and ELL student transition meetings. Plan and deliver lessons aligned with WIDA standards, catering to varying proficiency levels. Use culturally relevant practices and integrate technology into instruction. Administer state and local assessments for ELL students as appropriate. Participate in professional development to stay current with ELL strategies. Core Competencies
