Job Summary To be eligible for this position, candidates must reside in Toledo, Ohio or the surrounding areas to ensure effective territory coverage. Responsible for the development of territories and driving the sales of Comcast Business strategic products and solutions in new markets. Responsible for the acquisition and management of mid-market and enterprise, multi-location commercial customers through direct and partner channels. Designs and delivers live sales presentations to prospective clients, develops relationships with clients and the community, and positions the Comcast Business brand as key components of the sales strategy, in keeping with Comcast's touchstones. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in selling complex solutions. Usually determines own work priorities.

Responsibilities

Develops the strategy of the sales territory, including identifying strategic partnerships, planning the development of a territory, and cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations. Actively researches and generates new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships. Promotes and positions the Comcast brand within the territory. Builds relationships and drives alignment and regular communication between key GTM partners. Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations to strategic prospective clients, demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Sells with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stays abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace. Retains customers by delivering a superior customer experience and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive retention. Works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations. Maintains accurate sales records and prepares sales and activity reports as required. Attends off-site meetings with customers and demonstrates strong verbal and written skills including presenting, persuading, and negotiating. Demonstrates knowledge of Network Design, SDWAN, Network Security, and familiarity with relevant technologies and concepts (MAN, LAN/WAN, VPN, cybersecurity, etc.). Exhibits independent judgment, regular attendance, and flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold a combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
