Account Executive, Enterprise Direct Sales - Managed Solutions To be eligible for this position, candidates must reside in Toledo, Ohio or the surrounding areas to ensure effective territory coverage. Responsible for the development of territories and driving the sales of Comcast Business strategic products and solutions in new markets. Responsible for the acquisition and management of mid-market and enterprise, multi-location commercial customers through direct and partner channels. Designs and delivers live sales presentations to prospective clients, develops relationships with clients and the community, and positions the Comcast Business brand as key components of the sales strategy, in keeping with Comcast's touchstones. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in selling complex solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Develops the strategy of the sales territory, including identifying strategic partnerships, planning the development of a territory, and cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations.

Actively researches and generates new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.

Promotes and positions the Comcast brand within the territory; builds relationships and drives alignment with key GTM partners.

Delivers face-to-face sales presentations to strategic prospective clients, aiming to exceed departmental targets.

Stays informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively.

Maintains customer base and drives retention through superior service and follow-up.

Maintains accurate sales records and prepares required reports; attends meetings with customers and demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrates knowledge of Network Design, SDWAN, and Network Security; familiar with MAN technologies and related concepts.

Exercises independent judgment and maintains regular attendance; may require nights and weekends as necessary.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\'s Degree (or combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may be considered).
