The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team drives a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager in Raleigh. This is a hybrid onsite role that requires 2 days a week in the Raleigh office. You will report to the Sales Development Director. Responsibilities
Developing SDRs into sales-ready candidates, training them to identify, contact and create qualified lead opportunities. Monitoring SDR dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and that the team stays on pace with goals; identifying opportunities to improve performance. Motivating, incentivizing, and recognizing team members to encourage top performance. Defining performance-driven metrics and expectations for pipeline creation and reporting on team and individual results, including outbound calls and emails. Minimum Qualifications
1–3 years of prior SDR Leadership experience at a Tech/SaaS company. Experience building relationships between SDR teams and Marketing, Sales. Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling security, SaaS or software and demonstrated ability to forecast. Proficient in use of relevant CRM tools (SFDC). Bachelor's degree. Salary and Benefits
Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The base salary range listed for this full-time position is $69,300 – $99,000 USD, excluding commission/bonus/equity and benefits. Base Pay Range: $69,300 – $99,000 USD.
