Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to discuss fashion trends, stories and products in all store areas Promote and sell products and actively support sales targets with store management Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming; maintain garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Maintain attractive merchandise displays and follow visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
