About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Working at H&M means no two days are the same. A typical day will include the following responsibilities. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available, and supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and conversations Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all store areas Effectively promote and sell products Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team Maintain garment care: complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Support garment presentation and attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Follow in-store omni services and in-store tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing the store Adhere to health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
