What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Maintain and grow existing repeat business through outstanding service and relationship building - Develop and drive new business with End-Users and Consulting Engineers to create demand for products - Prepare and conduct effective sales presentations and training programs for customers - Become a trusted advisor by demonstrating product knowledge and application expertise - Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to create innovative customer solutions

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales position or completion of the employer's District Sales Manager Trainee Program - Experience in HVAC or a related technical field - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer skills for sales reporting
