$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts. Cultivate and convert inbound and outbound sales inquiries to appointments. Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents. Manage database and productivity reports. Commit to skill development through education and script practice. Become a real estate local expert. Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and Partner Calls. Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology. Qualifications
Excellent rapport-building skills and passion for selling. Organized, with ability to handle multiple leads and follow-up. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Exceptional telephone skills. Sales experience with a quota. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to learn scripts. Team-oriented attitude. Real estate license preferred. About the Team
