Assembly Operator
to join our production team and help deliver world-class specialty solar modules to cutting-edge technology companies worldwide. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing precision assembly tasks to produce high-quality solar products. You’ll handle delicate materials, operate specialized tools and equipment, and follow detailed work instructions to ensure consistent quality and reliability. About D2Solar

Key Responsibilities Assemble solar modules and components according to written specifications and work instructions. Perform tasks such as wiring, soldering, lamination, testing, and component handling. Install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring, and harnesses using appropriate machines and tools. Handle and cut delicate materials with precision. Inspect parts and assemblies, replacing defective or rejected components as directed. Accurately document work and production data using logbooks or electronic forms. Follow all safety policies, company procedures, and wear required protective equipment. Identify and resolve basic assembly problems; escalate more complex issues to leads or supervisors. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow both verbal instructions and written procedures. Motivation to work in a small-team environment and contribute to company growth. Willingness to work on-site in a 9/80 schedule.
