Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand and maintain a profitable region.

Key Responsibilities
Generate profitable business with Sunbelt’s extensive product line.
Develop a territory, implement sales plans, and maintain a customer base.
Build the national Sunbelt brand identity.
Eligibility and Experience
4‑year college degree related to equipment, or 3‑4 years of related sales experience.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record.
21 years of age.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong project management, new business development, customer retention.
Effective communication and negotiation.
Solid computer skills.
Knowledge of construction or specialty equipment preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred.
Physical demands (bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50 lb or more, working indoors/outdoors). Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay: $40,000 – $50,000.
Company vehicle, robust commission plan.
