Overview
Floating Member Service Representative II (Credit Union Teller) role at Heritage Family Credit Union. This position serves the Rutland region branches as needed, providing a world class member experience to credit union members and co‑workers. What You’ll Be Doing
Perform work at Rutland region branches, including Rutland Allen Street, Rutland West Street, Brandon, Castleton, Fair Haven, and Ludlow as needed. Service members promptly, accurately, and efficiently with a variety of transactions, inquiries, and assistance. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge on all credit union products; proactively identify, promote, explain, and cross‑sell these products and services. Open new accounts with proficiency (general memberships, share draft accounts, term share certificates, debit cards, and more); verify forms and ensure timely follow‑up on required information. Balance cash drawer at end of shift; research and resolve discrepancies with supervisor or manager as needed. Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including AML and BSA). Proactively identify, promote, explain and cross‑sell credit union products and services; establish effective coordination with area personnel and management. Requirements & Qualifications
Customer‑focused, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to assist teams where the greatest needs exist and to work across multiple branches. Willingness to learn new functions and grow as a leader and role model within the branch environment. Ability to handle a high level of accuracy in transactions and documentation. Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $20.50/hour, plus paid mileage and drive time; incentive program available. Benefits include: Paid time off in addition to federal holidays; medical, dental, and vision benefits for regular work >24 hours per week; 401(k) match. Ongoing training opportunities; 8 hours of volunteer time with an organization of your choice. Monthly gym membership reimbursement (up to $25) and fresh local foods reimbursement (up to $25 seasonally). Summary
