Performing work at our Rutland region branches, including Rutland- Allen Street, Rutland - West Street, Brandon, Castleton, Fair Haven, and Ludlow branches as needed Servicing members promptly, accurately, and efficiently with a variety of transactions, inquiries, and assistance Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products, and proactively identify, promote, explain, and cross-sell these products and services Why Join Us

6 Summary
The Member Service Representative II role is a retail service position responsible for providing a world class member experience to both credit union members and co-workers. Performs a broad variety of transactional duties to serve members promptly and professionally while representing the credit union in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner with a high degree of accuracy. Roles progress through phases as you develop branch basics and expand knowledge and leadership capabilities. Essential Functions
Greet and interact with members in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a world class member experience during every interaction. Serve members promptly, accurately and efficiently with account inquiries, updates, troubleshooting, transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc.), wire transfers, fraud disputes, account maintenance and more. Perform a variety of other functions including drive-up station work, opening/closing the branch, managing alarms, processing night drop or mail envelopes, ATM/ITM servicing and maintenance, check scanning, and ensuring MSR station is organized and well-supplied. Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including AML and BSA considerations. Maintain knowledge of all products and services; proactively promote, explain and cross-sell. Open new accounts with proficiency (general memberships, share draft accounts, term share certificates, debit cards, etc.); ensure forms are complete and submitted timely. Balance cash drawer at end of shift; research discrepancies and report to supervisor/manager as needed. Establish and maintain effective coordination with area personnel and management; keep supervisor informed of significant issues. Must maintain reliable and predictable attendance All other duties as assigned Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Cash handling experience required. Previous experience in a financial institution, retail, or customer service role preferred. Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, basic math and computer literacy, high integrity and professionalism. Physical & Work Environment
This position requires standing for long periods and working primarily at a workstation in an open office environment. Daily tasks include extensive computer use; some light lifting and occasional lifting of bags of coin up to 50 lbs. Professional banking environment. BSA/Risk & Equal Opportunity
