Perform a variety of transactions and member inquiries at Rutland region branches, including Rutland- Allen Street, Rutland - West Street, Brandon, Castleton, Fair Haven, and Ludlow as needed. Service members promptly, accurately, and efficiently with a range of transactions, inquiries, and assistance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products; proactively identify, promote, explain, and cross-sell products and services. Why Join Us

Greet and interact with members in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a world class member experience during every interaction. Service members promptly, accurately, and efficiently with account inquiries, updates, troubleshooting, and a range of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc.). Perform services such as wire transfers, fraud disputes, and account maintenance. Balance a cash drawer at the end of each shift; research and resolve discrepancies with supervision as needed. Open new accounts with high proficiency (general memberships, share drafts, term share certificates, debit cards, etc.), verify completeness, and submit documents timely. Adhere to credit union policies and regulatory requirements (AML/BSA). Maintain knowledge of products and promote cross-sell opportunities; build relationships with area personnel and management. Open, close, and operate branch functions, including drive-up, alarms, night drop, ATM/ITM servicing, check scanning, and ensuring station cleanliness and supplies. Qualifications
