Jellycat is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the state of North Carolina. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury retail accounts, growing sales, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring brand compliance and awareness. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale retail territory sales management. Experience representing a premium or luxury brand is preferred, but not required. Requirements & Responsibilities:
At least 5+ years of experience in territory sales management (luxury/premium brand experience preferred but not required)
Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint (reporting and quarterly reviews)
Represent the brand and promote awareness within the assigned territory
Identify and secure new luxury accounts while maintaining relationships with existing ones
Manage merchandising, visual displays, and product presentation in retail stores
Provide quarterly updates to leadership and assist with product feedback
Travel at least three days a week within the territory; perform administrative tasks remotely
Valid Driver's License (required for travel)
Compensation:
Employment type: Direct‑hire, Full‑time
Salary/Pay: $90K+ based on experience
Location: WFH, weekly travel to stores in the territory
Discretionary annual bonus
