Location: Atlanta, GA - REMOTE Job Overview:

The primary function of the Industrial Account Manager is to perform sales calls within a designated territory, calling on prospective and existing accounts. The role involves securing and supporting sales for MRO and OEM products and services, identifying new business opportunities, building a sales pipeline, and achieving or exceeding sales objectives. Establishing strong relationships with customer organizations to ensure satisfaction and revenue is key. The role requires a hunter mentality, market presence, and the ability to develop new and existing accounts. Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of outside sales in a specific territory. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers. Form long-term relationships, including at the executive level. Set goals, generate revenue, review the competitive landscape, forecast, lead generation, and close sales. Expand sales through performance, rapport building, explaining product capabilities, overcoming objections, and providing solutions. Collaborate with Product Specialists, Customer Service, Engineers, and factory representatives. Learn new products and identify value-added opportunities. Perform sales calls, product demonstrations, and other activities to increase market share. Maintain activity reports via CRM. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

College degree or four years of relevant experience selling technical products. Experience in finishing processes and equipment preferred. Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays. Technical aptitude and mechanical skills. Proven sales record with year-over-year growth. CRM experience preferred. Strong sense of urgency, customer relationship skills, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and communicate effectively. Valid Driver's License. Physical Demands & Competencies:

Requires walking, climbing, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other physical activities. Competencies include adaptability, accuracy, dependability, initiative, customer service, problem-solving, planning, communication, and collaboration. Additional Details:
