Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save and make money and operate more efficiently.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support. Keep clients informed about new solutions and services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Develop and implement new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.
Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
