The Account Manager, Advanced Wound Care role is about making an impact on people's health and well-being every day. As part of the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team, you will call on hospitals, focusing on wound care/ostomy nurses, materials management and more to provide key brands Allevyn, LEAF and other products for all types of wound injuries on patients. Are you bold and driven, striving to exceed quotas and be at the top of the rankings year over year? We are looking for someone to join our Advanced Wound Biologics team. What you’ll do

Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals using strong sales, territory management and customer relationship skills Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+Nephew products Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups, and conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers What you’ll need to be successful

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience Consistent track record of presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management; proven success with a complex sales process Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling) All field sales professionals entering healthcare facilities must successfully complete our credentialing process, which may include COVID-19 vaccine management Benefits and culture
