We are Tennessee's only Certified Evergreen TM company, providing a unique environment for our team. As an Outside Salesperson, you will travel to customers’ homes to
set appointments, design solutions for their home issues, and present quotes on the same day . You will ensure a remarkable customer experience and impact homeowners’ lives by solving significant problems related to their investments.
No specific construction experience is required ; training and tools will be provided. What We Offer
Lucrative earning potential: $80,000-$120,000 in the first year; top performers earn $125,000+ annually. High-quality leads from customers contacting us first; no cold calling. Opportunity for independence and exploring new opportunities. Robust benefits: insurance, company car, paid gas. Paid training and mentorship within a national network. Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends. Candidate Requirements
Proven success in sales. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Ability to walk, kneel, crawl, and lift freely. Ability to work in crawl spaces (~18x18 inches). Willingness to travel across west TN, east AR, and north MS, with planned trips. Strong communication skills in English. Visit
