Work with hot leads typically within a 1-hour radius and use the Empire Today brand to generate referrals and prospect additional customers. Represent a quality brand with pre-qualified leads and deliver excellent customer service. This is a 100% commission position with commission bonuses; average first-year earnings are $50k–$70k; top performers exceed $100k. Earn while you learn — paid training to learn the business. Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales Availability for evening and weekend appointments Deliver excellent customer service Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
