About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities. Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide outstanding service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Effectively promote and sell products Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development

Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for your role and development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Maintain omni services and in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store) Assist with opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements Who You Are
