Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85K+.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.

Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11 am–8 pm (CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed Internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Liberty Mutual does not support satellite or mobile internet services.

Qualifications

2‑3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
