Base pay range:
$55,000 – $75,000 per year Opportunity for growth:
Top performers can earn $85K+ in year two and beyond.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and consult customers on their insurance needs.
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Complete 16‑week training for licensed hires (18 weeks for unlicensed hires).
Maintain a professional home workspace with a dedicated desk and high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download & 20 MBps upload).
Work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day with a mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am – 8 pm CST). This schedule is required for a minimum of 12 months before shift change consideration.

Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance license required; training will be provided if not currently held.
