Starting base salary is $45K with growth opportunities. Average earnings range from $55K – $75K through base salary plus commission. Top performers in year two onward can earn $85K+. Position
Inbound Remote Sales Representative – Texas. Must reside in Texas. Remote work; no cold calls; all warm leads provided. Job Description
As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits, and convert sales leads into policyholders. Key Qualities
A passionate seller who turns prospects into confident policyholders. A front‑line liaison who represents the Liberty brand with integrity. A reliable teammate adaptable to different work environments and schedules. A customer‑centric closer who cares about quality products and services. Position Details
Paid training (16 weeks for licensed, 18 weeks for unlicensed) and licensing included. Medical benefits start Day 1. Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for minimum 12 months. Home workspace required: dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (min 100 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload). Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years required. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and closing skills. Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
