Job Description Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available in Texas. Applicants must reside within the state to be considered for this role. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Handle inbound calls and warm leads efficiently.
Consult customers on their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
Match coverages and benefits to meet each customer’s unique requirements.
Close sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Position Details
Training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls; all incoming leads are warm.

Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am-8 pm CST). Minimum 12‑month commitment required.
All computer equipment provided; you must have a dedicated workspace with wired high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps download and ≥20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficient typing and PC usage.
Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not held).
