Start by planning, organizing, and executing events for parties of 10-60 guests, with opportunities to grow into coordinating and executing larger events of 350+ guests Assist with Admin Duties Assist in coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences Arrange necessary equipment, decorations, and catering services Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and sales to promote events and attract attendees Maintain event records Event Sales Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills
1+ year of event management experience (Required) 1+ year of customer service experience (Required) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of an event are properly arranged Effective communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Tripleseat Knowledge of Adobe is a plus At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
