FT Front Desk/ Concierge - Afternoons - Luxury High-Rise (Dallas). Location: Downtown Dallas - Arts District. Schedule: Full Time | Afternoon shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Weekend flexibility. Base pay range: $37,440.00/yr - $41,600.00/yr. This range is provided by WRMC, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What You'll Do
Communicates effectively and demonstrates good customer service to residents, guests, vendors and other staff. Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs and desires; answers questions and provides solutions. Suggests service enhancements by listening to resident feedback, observing usage, and recommending changes to management. Assists residents in scheduling access for authorized vendors to provide services within units. Maintains resident and guest privacy and protects the organization’s reputation by keeping information confidential. Responds quickly and effectively to emergencies. Maintains a safe and secure work environment; follows safety guidelines and reports hazards to the General Manager. Accepts ownership for completing new and different requests to add value to the role. Maintains daily shift notes in Building Link system. Receives, logs, and organizes packages for delivery; delivers packages to residents as schedule permits. Responds professionally to resident concerns and follows up to resolve issues; escalates to Lead Concierge or AGM as needed. Manages resident relations to ensure high levels of service and coordinates special services and requests. Performs other duties as assigned by the AGM or Lead Concierge. Requirements
Experience working as Concierge/Front Desk in hotel or residential settings. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication; multiple language fluency is desirable. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email; able to operate standard office equipment. Flexible, adaptable to changing environments; able to make decisions under stress and prioritize tasks. Highly motivated and able to work independently. Performs other duties consistent with the position as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Lead Concierge. Physical Demands
Lift 30-50 lbs; stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods. Work at a computer and on the phone for extended periods. Navigate the building quickly to meet job functions. Detect and respond to emergency alarms; work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required. Benefits
