Our leading Smart Home technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue and expand market presence. This role offers a competitive salary up to $115,000, performance incentives, comprehensive benefits, generous time‑off, and the flexibility to work remotely from a home office.

What to Expect (Responsibilities)

Define and execute territory action plans to meet revenue and install quotas.

Collaborate with integrators and provide new product training to achieve sales targets.

Target and recruit new customers to expand market share.

Support Savant Authorized Integrators in system design and local education events.

Promote Savant products at local and national trade events.

Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or 3‑5 years of technical sales experience.

Experience with home automation, networking, entertainment, lighting, and HVAC control solutions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to business priorities.

Willingness to travel and work a variable schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Programming experience and proficiency in Keynote, iPad/iPhone applications, and webinar platforms.

Solid financial and budgetary skills.
