What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define and execute territory action plans to meet revenue and install quotas
Work with integrators to achieve sales targets and provide new product training
Recruit new customers and qualify sales leads to increase market share
Analyze sales statistics and design initiatives to maximize regional growth
Cultivate relationships with key customers and promote Savant branded product categories
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant discipline or 5+ years of technical sales experience
Experience with home automation, networking, entertainment, lighting, and HVAC control solutions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including programming experience and proficiency in relevant applications
Ability to work a variable schedule and travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales within the smart home or energy solutions industry
Familiarity with technical support and customer service practices
Previous involvement in local and national trade events
