Overview
You will join a team of activation managers across the country and be responsible for achieving the organization’s strategic and commercial goals with key on- and off-premise accounts. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, develop customer strategies and business plans, create and sell-in promotional programming, and ensure high-quality organization and execution within a designated market. Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen key relationships within a designated list of on- and off-premise accounts within your territory through a consultative and influential approach. Track all activities and submit activity reports in a proprietary reporting tool to supervisor, including KPI progress, account visits, trainings, accomplishments, competitive activities, and special projects. Participate in overall market commercial planning, which may include weekly and monthly team meetings. Efficiently manage T&E budget as well as the monthly activation budget. Execute activities to drive sales, ongoing promotional activations, and training bar staff on the portfolio of products. Lead meetings with key off-premise accounts to develop strong working relationships and work toward increased volumes and long-term business opportunities. Responsible for sales objectives, including basic account management, new distribution, drink features, and program development and execution. Deliver year-over-year growth within the account list while meeting monthly KPIs. Be visible at local events and participate where the opportunity fits the company strategy, including execution of national initiatives in the local market. Participate in promotions and events, including evenings or weekends when required. Stay informed of customer and consumer trends and develop programs to capitalize on such trends. Provide market and competitive brand updates with timely and accurate communication of changing field conditions that may affect volumes and staffing at distributors and competitors. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of experience in the Spirits and/or Beverage industry, preferably in the on-premise sector Strong relationship management skills with a consumer-first approach to achieve results Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to executives, employees, vendors, and customers at all levels Organized, independent thinker who can multitask and maintains ethical and professional conduct Able to analyze information for reporting, coordinating efforts, and problem solving Effective time management and prioritization Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and capable of advanced computer use Motivated, competitive, and team-oriented Self-motivated and adaptable to changing market conditions and consumer trends Curious about different cultures and able to work with diverse groups Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range listed for this position is $77,938-$93,429; salary within the range determined by location, experience, and other factors.
