Inside Sales/Account Manager

Accumet Engineering, Inc. Accumet Engineering Inc, is an industry-leading advanced processing manufacturer for new and legacy materials fabrication, precision laser services, and critical component assembly. We are looking for an experience Inside Sales/Account Manager who will be responsible for developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying new accounts. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the existing accounts as well. Knowledgeable and hands-on learner with experience interfacing with engineering and purchasing contacts in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and quoting Contact new and existing customers to increase sales Emphasize the technology and services to highlight how they solve customer problems Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements Follow up on quotes sent and keep in contact with customers after delivery Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to facilitate customer satisfaction Maintain contact lists to insure we have the best contact information for all customers Must have the ability to read prints and view electronic drawings to generate quotes. Knowledge of manufacturing processes Ability to procure vendor pricing for product and services Very good communication skills via phone, email, and face to face customer contact. Must have a customer first mentality and a drive to succeed Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Physical Demands
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk; lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision ability is required which includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
