A-Power is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a territory-driven B2B Sales Professional to help us dominate the HVAC market across Upstate New York.
You’ll represent one of the industry’s fastest-growing equipment brands—A-Power—along with our other leading brands and product lines. As one of the largest local suppliers of HVAC products, A-Power gives you the platform, tools, and product depth to win big.
You’ll build strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and retail partners, and turn this territory into your own success story.
This is not a “maintenance” role—it’s a growth mission. If you love building markets, closing deals, and being the one who makes things happen, we want to talk to you.
What You will Do
Drive HVAC equipment sales to contractors, service companies, and dealers across Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo. Build and manage strong B2B relationships — in person, by phone, and through strategic follow-ups. Represent A-Power’s HVAC product lines with confidence and technical credibility. Use CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) to stay organized and maximize pipeline performance. Collaborate with marketing and management for territory growth initiatives. What We are Looking For
2 to 5 years of B2B HVAC or technical equipment sales experience. Strong communicator with technical fluency — you know tonnage, SEER, and what matters to contractors. Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, persistent, and results-driven. CRM discipline and self-management skills. Based within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY (ZIP 13202). Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Compensation and Perks
Base Salary:
~$70,000 USD (flexible based on experience) Extras:
Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate), health benefits or stipend, 10 vacation + 3 personal/sick days Growth:
