Responsibilities Conduct farm visits to evaluate feeding programs and recommend nutritional solutions to cattle owners
Make up to 25 sales calls per week to promote and sell Purina products and grow market share
Organize and lead educational meetings/events for local agricultural clubs and organizations
Provide accurate feeding and management recommendations based on industry knowledge
Network within the industry to foster relationships and generate additional business opportunities
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related agricultural field, or proven sales experience
Basic understanding of nutritional recommendations for grass cattle
Familiarity with animal husbandry and current management practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ration balancing software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organization and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications Previous professional experience with grass cattle
Leadership experience in livestock-related clubs or organizations
Prior sales experience in the agricultural sector
