As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions and solutions.
Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Presentation:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide continuous support and service, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
Sales Reporting:
Keep precise records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management review.
Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client information confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided).

Compensation
Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr (provided by Coury Insurance Group; actual pay based on skills and experience)
Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly
Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client\'s sale
