Position Overview

This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation:
Deliver engaging sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring them to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position life insurance offerings effectively. Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare regular reports for management. Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (we assist with licensing). Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale. Job Details
