We are looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want to control their time and income. Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Qualifications
Required qualifications for this role: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Align with our four core values, and be a good human Location: fully remote in this position, with eligible working rights, and able to be in the field of your team region Additional Information
