Overview We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive for MSL’s Healthcare practice. The successful candidate will have 0-1 years of proven success in healthcare communications, demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate in a fast-paced environment and possess a true passion for the healthcare space. What you’ll do:

You will join a highly engaged team collaborating with a client at the forefront of revolutionizing obesity and cardiometabolic healthcare, as well as cancer awareness. This role provides a range of opportunities to touch all facets of healthcare communications, including data/regulatory achievements, celebrity and influencer engagement, partnerships, media relations, digital oversight, creative execution, strategic ideation, client leadership and much more. Responsibilities: Participate in client calls, developing call agendas and reports, and project timelines Stay on top of what is happening in culture and in the media, as well as contribute to creative ideation and program development Assist in the creation of strong media and consumer materials including persuasive pitches, press releases, fact sheets, spokesperson bios, and media lists Support financial process for client programs including supporting management of budget trackers Conduct research for plan creation, including independent research as well as collaboration with in-house research/culture team on larger research initiatives Compile program earned media recaps, monthly and quarterly client reports, and support other administrative items as needed Qualifications: BA/BS Degree in a related field 0-1 years in experience in PR (healthcare experience preferred) Flexibility/versatility to tackle different tasks throughout the day and pivot with little or no warning based on client needs A strong interest in and understanding of healthcare and media trends Excellent writing skills are essential to this position, as well as great attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking and proactivity Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel and PowerPoint a plus Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
