Serve as the primary point of contact for dry van carrier sales and lead a team of carrier sales/operations professionals. Develop and maintain carrier relationships to secure available trucks for immediate and ongoing dry van loads. Quote and price dry van shipments and provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding scheduling, ETAs, and related duties. Manage the load board and guide the team to optimize capacity and service levels. Demonstrate the ability to identify and avoid broker/shady carrier activities, ensuring compliant and ethical operations. Collaborate with the carrier sales/operations team to deliver excellent service and support. Model professional conduct and foster a respectful work environment. Qualifications
5+ years of logistics experience, with a track record in dry van carrier relations. Ability to manage a team and oversee load board operations. Comfort with providing rates to customers and handling scheduling inquiries. Strong carrier relationships and the capacity to source trucks quickly for urgent loads. Willingness to work with and contribute to a collaborative carrier sales/operations team. Demonstrated commitment to workplace dignity and respect. Benefits
