LST Group – Heavy Haul/Oversized Freight Team Lead Are you a Heavy Haul carrier sales rep looking for a new role?

LST Group is currently seeking a Heavy Haul/Oversized Freight Team Lead. If you are the "go to" for oversized loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you.

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of logistics experience, daily freight sling.

Qualifications

Can spot double broker/shady shade carrier from a mile away

Can spot quote standard oversize/overweight shipments and have carrier relationships to provide truck‑in‑hand pricing for superloads

Excellent understanding of dimensions/equipment specifications

Comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc.

Willing to work with an amazing flatbed carrier sales/operations team

Values dignity and respect from coworkers
