LST Group, LLC . LST Group is currently seeking a Dry Van Carrier Sales Team Lead/Manager. If you are the “go to” for van loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day, every day. If you meet the following criteria, please apply for this role: You can smell a double broker/shady carrier from a mile away You can spot quote dry van shipments and have carrier relationships to provide trucks in hand for same-day loads You are confident managing a team and load board You are comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc. You are able and willing to work with an amazing carrier sales/operations team You like being treated with dignity and respect by your coworkers Benefits
The ability to use your own judgement for pricing/managing freight Competitive salary paid weekly (Yes! You get paid every week, not just twice each month) This is a hybrid position. (3 days per week in office) Salary + Commission No KPIs, No Draw, No Commission Cap Quality health insurance benefits 401k match Seniority level
