About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, with direct customer service Engage with customers to provide excellent service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products to customers Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up-to-date with fashion, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development
Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions, trainings and courses relevant to the role and future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Support with garment presentation and merchandising according to visual and commercial guidelines Maintain stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow in-store omni-services and tech tools (e.g., InStore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store) Support with opening and closing of the store Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements for the role Qualifications
