About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products and provide support and guidance. Use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information for the best customer experience. Contribute to garment refill & care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide outstanding service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products to customers Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keep up to date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers Team & Development: Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introduction processes and trainings relevant for the role and future development Retail Operations/ Visual & Commercial Execution: Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Assist with garment presentation, execution and maintenance of attractive merchandise displays tied to visual & commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Maintain in-store omni services and in-store tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing of the store Follow health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
