Area Sales Manager – Industrial Machinery / Capital Equipment – Greater Columbus, OH. This role involves selling high-value industrial machinery to a diverse portfolio of clients across the Greater Columbus region, with a focus on consultative solutions and strong relationship building. What You’ll Do

Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships across your territory. Promote advanced manufacturing machinery and related services. Collaborate with technical and applications engineers to provide expert solutions. Present proposals, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations. Strategically plan and execute to exceed annual sales goals. Visit customer sites frequently (targeting a minimum of 25 visits per week). Submit weekly territory planning and management reports. Travel internationally for semiannual visits to OEM partner factories. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree with 5+ years of B2B sales experience). 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within manufacturing or industrial capital equipment. A proven record of closing complex deals and meeting ambitious sales targets. A proactive, independent approach to territory management. A collaborative mindset with strong technical and problem-solving skills. What’s in It for You
